Living on Crock Pot Meals!

What's for dinner at your home tonight? It's a long day of football here in our home today which means it's coupon clipping day for me :) I decided to bust out the crock pot and make a new recipe. It's simple ingredients and almost no prep time...which means almost no CLEANING! It's a crock pot Dijon roast.

Crock Pot Dijon Roast
1 Beef Roast (well thawed)
3Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp garlic salt
1/4 cup water
6 strips of bacon (uncooked)

Spray inside of crock pot with non stick cooking spray. Sprinkle garlic powder over roast. Spread Dijon mustard over roast (I did both sides) and place in crock pot. Add water; place bacon slices on top of roast; cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
